Resumen
This chapter examines how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the competencies required of MBA graduates and explores how business schools must adapt to remain relevant. Introducing the “Head, Heart, and Hands” framework, we provide a structured approach to curriculum redesign by integrating AI technical literacy and ethical judgment (Head), empathetic stakeholder leadership (Heart), and pragmatic implementation skills (Hands). Drawing on survey data from practicing executives (MBA alumni), we document substantial competency gaps in existing programs and propose specific curricular innovations across finance, marketing, operations, and strategy domains. The chapter outlines actionable implementation strategies addressing faculty development, organizational structures, and industry partnerships. This integrated approach offers business schools a pathway to lead management education's evolution in the AI era, developing leaders who can ethically leverage technological capabilities while providing distinctively human value in complex stakeholder environments.
