This paper analyzes the judgment issued by the Illustrious Court of Appeals of Rancagua on September 24, 2025, in case number 1051–2024, originating in the Second Civil Court of Rancagua, referring to the determination of the cause of action in an executive claim and the prohibition of mutatio libelli in civil proceedings.
