Resumen
This paper tries to expand the Aristotelian notion of justice. Aristotle, who was responsible for systematizing the classical theory of Law, summarizes the whole of his thought on the virtue of justice in the fifth book of the Ethica Nicomachea. We will therefore review his key ideas, by emphasizing the concepts of justice, general justice, political justice, private justice and equity.
