The objective of this study is to analyze the motivation of the sentences in the protection action, in order to identify the way that our Courts of Appeals face this duty, com-pared to the consideration of the importance of the justification of the adjudication of rights. fundamental, in judicial headquarters, especially in inadmissibility sentences.
