Spanish Abstract: Desde una postura crítica y conducente al análisis preliminar de los deberes constitucionales, el artículo se encarga de abordar la importancia de una teoría que vaya más allá de los simples derechos, para atender circunstancias como la pandemia del Covid-19, donde prevalece la idea de solidaridad como herramienta de corresponsabilidad en el quehacer social.
English Abstract: From a critical stance and conducive to the preliminary analysis of constitutional duties, the paper addresses the importance of a theory that goes beyond simple rights to address circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the idea of solidarity is presented as a tool of social co-responsibility.
