Abstract
The article analyzes case law, academic literature and legal reforms to critically assess the application of non bis in idem principle in Chilean administrative sanctioning law. It argues that concurrent sanctions does not breach the principle and sets out the foundations for an autonomous theory of sanction concurrence.
