Abstract

This research aims to account for the main problems that urban regulation has presented in Chile and, from this, extract the most relevant jurisprudential criteria. To this effect, it is noted that despite the autonomy of urban law, for the resolution of its problems, institutions of general administrative law are resorted to. This convergence has contributed to the integrated resolution of issues of special relevance such as the invalidation of administrative acts, the effects of administrative interpretation, the interaction of control mechanisms, among others.
