Abstract

The main problem of the new “femicide-suicide” is to identify the behavior attributable to the agent, if the death is assigned to the female “victim” and the behavior that the agent carries out can configure other crimes. This study is concerned with identifying a scope of application from a critical reflection, which also warns of inadequate notions of conduct.
