Abstract

The object of this article is to analyze the dolus indirectus concept. According to this dogmatic construction, these concepts of direct and indirect intention allow us to know the responsibility degree according to an unlawful behavior in which, by collateral effect, death is inflicted. New approaches objectified direct will to prevent a subjectivism risk in the imputation parameters. This work, in relation to these corrective measures, states that the differentiation between these types of intentions is necessary in unintentional cases. Concepts that don't have criminal dogmatic space by the creation of dolus indirectus.
