Minimal invasive surgery, rupture's site hematoma preservation, strong fixation, avoidance of sural nerve entrapment, and early rehabilitation are essential concepts desirable for any Achilles tendon repair. Hereby, we present a technique modification that incorporates all these advantages in one single procedure.
