Abstract

This article examines the current state of legal uncertainty in the real estate and construction industry in Chile and how to deal with it, since it has become a recurring problem when developing projects, especially large and medium-sized ones. The analysis is divided into the following six chapters: I. Urban permits: characteristics and legal effects of their granting; II. The invalidation of administrative acts; III. The stability and permanence of planning permits; IV. The duality of interpretative functions in urban matters: Seremi Minvu and CGR; V.
