Abstract
The present article offers a Kierkegaardian evaluation of moral outrage as a source for political action. We discuss his work The Present Age, as well as his scattered comments on the revolutions of 1848.These are primarily negative comments, but they are not wholly undifferentiated. Finally, the applicability of his views to such phenomena is discussed.
