The present text is structured as a brief and concise presentation on what can be linked as the most significant elements of the balancing,as a method of application and interpretation of the optimization commands. In this sense, he resorts mainly to the works of Professor Robert Alexy and Carlos Bernal Pulido, in order to integrate a brief exhibition on the subject, to allude, in a final section, to the criticisms and limitations of the methodology in order to obtain an answer correct in the different operational areas of the normative universe; with which he seeks verify that, although it is not precisely a promise of the ponderative theory, Hardly, as an interpretative method, can reach a single true answer.
