Abstract

This article is structured in an exposition about the distinctive reasons that modify the implementation of the Eurocentric model of the rule of law in the Latin American cultural context. Thus, the article tries to exhibit the Latin American state, not as a mere chaotic malformation of the contemporary state but, instead, assumes that in view of the insufficiency of the contemporary Eurocentric conception, the formation and adaptation in Latin American gives innovative and applicable answers. The globalized world`s demands, especially in the multicultural subject, to make the contemporary state regard the Latin American production as a virtually appreciable and necessary model to satisfy the current aspirations and demands. As a consequence, this article refers to and develops the premises of valoration of the Latin American structures and reminds us of the idea that even in chaos there is always a certain order.
