Abstract
A case of erythroderma and dermatomyositis is described, and it is emphasized that the tendency to generalization of the erythema is not infrequent in this mesenquimopathy. Areas of hypopigmentacion should raise the possibility of dermatomyositis in patients with erythroderma.
