Abstract
The article discusses an approach that evaluates plurality in three different dimensions: A diversity of basic orientations, of contexts or cultures, and of structures and associations. I discuss the origin of this tripartite approach in contemporary Calvinism, but I also suggest that this successful integration of various dimensions can fruitfully be appropriated by other intellectual traditions.
