Abstract

From a critical stance and conducive to the preliminary analysis of constitutional duties, the paper addresses the importance of a theory that goes beyond simple rights to address circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the idea of solidarity is presented as a tool of social co-responsibility.
