Abstract

The biomaterial was sterilized using gamma radiation. Mechanical and structural properties were studied. The biomaterial was used as wound-dressing in an animal model for four weeks. The in vivo results show biosafety of the biomaterial and high potential for clinical application in patients with tissue regeneration requirements.
