Description
Direct pulp capping aims to maintain pulp vitality, support dentin bridge formation, and promote complete root formation. Among the most commonly used materials are Calcium Hydroxide, considered the gold standard for years, and Bioceramics, currently used as an alternative. The objective is to evaluate the effect of MTA, Biodentine TM, and Calcium Hydroxide as direct pulp capping materials in maintaining pulp vitality over a 12-month follow-up period.
