Among its topics of interest are the risk and the criminally relevant result; crimes of abstract danger; the unjust penal; the role of the victim and considerations of objective and subjective imputation, as well as problems related to medical recklessness; to drug trafficking; to road safety; to the environment; to documentary falsehoods; to issues of sentencing, adolescent criminal responsibility and domestic violence and violence against women; .
