Professional Information
PhD in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Before joining Universidad de los Andes, Chile, she was an assistant professor at the University of Warwick (U.K.) and at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Her research interests are in the areas of Personnel, Labor and Organizational Economics from the perspective of Behavioral Economics. She has publicationed in scientific journals such as Journal of Economic Theory, Games and Economic Behavior, and Journal of Economic Behavior & Organizations.
