    Personal profile

    Research interests

During the last two decades I have focused my research interests on the use of skeletal anchorage in orthodontics, the study of craniofacial growth and development, dentofacial orthopedics, orthodontic therapeutics, interdisciplinary orthodontic treatment, and recently, artificial intelligence.
I consider collaborative and interdisciplinary work to be fundamental. This, and with the continuous support of the Academic team and the Residents of the Specialization Program in Orthodontics and Dentomaxillofacial Orthopedics that I direct, has allowed me to materialize the different lines of research around the mentioned topics.
