Extraordinary Professor of Anatomy and Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry. Member of the Board of the Chilean Society of Anatomy. Member of the Pan American Anatomy Society. The subject of my research and of my staff is the description of anatomical structures of the head, as they relate to the practice of surgical or dental procedures in relation to the oral cavity and the stomatognathic system. Likewise, our study provides anatomical support to new procedures and tries to explain the occurrence of complications in dental practices, especially those related to the anesthetic techniques used in dentistry.
