Expert in constitutional and legal regulation of the media, freedom of expression and civil and criminal protection of people against the activity of information media.

    Research Interests

    Research lines: freedom of expression and new technologies, right to privacy, protection of personal data, right of access to information. Author of the books El Derecho a la Información en Chile (Lexis-Nexis editorial, 2005), La protección de datos personales y el derecho a la vida privada: régimen jurídico, jurisprudencia y derecho comparado (Editorial Jurídica, 2007) and Acciones Constitucionales contra Google (Librotecnia, 2016) and several collaborative books and articles on their fields of study.
