Professional Information

Since joining the academy in 1997, he has published studies on topics of her interest in Chilean and foreign journals, has participated in scientific meetings, and has dedicated time to teaching in both undergraduate and graduate programs in Law. She was appointed full professor of Civil Law in 2012. She is a columnist for the digital newspaper El Mercurio Legal, where she writes regularly family issues. These and other merits have been recognized with a Fulbright Fellowship (1996), the "President of the Republic" Fellowship (2001) and the Luksic Visiting Scholar Fellowship (2004). He is a fellow to the International Academy for the Study of the Jurisprudence of the Family.
