Professional Information
Maite Aguirrezabal has a Law Degree from the University of Valparaíso, a Diploma in Legal Management of Organizations from the University of Valparaíso, a Diploma in Advanced Studies and a PHD (Law) from the University of Navarra. She also has a Master in Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes. She teaches Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de los Andes. She is in charge of the PHD (Law) Program at the Universidad de los Andes and is part of the Research Council of the same University.
Research Interests
Her main lines of investigation are the collective procedures for the defense of class interests, effective judicial protection and access to justice. A PROPOSAL FOR SYSTEMATIZATION FOR AN EFFECTIVE JUDICIAL PROTECTION" (currently in execution)
