Professional Information
Pinto-Garay, Javier is Assistant Professor of Business Ethics and HR Management at the School of Business and Economics at the Universidad de los Andes. He has published several articles, chapters and books on Theory of Work, Business Ethics and Human Resource Management. He is currently working on virtue ethics and the common good theory of the firm in employment and fiduciary responsibilities of managers. He holds a B.S. in Philosophy (Universidad de los Andes), an MSc. in Organizational Behaviour and HR Management (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and a Ph.D. in Philosophy (University of Navarra).
