Iván Díaz-Molina holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Temple University, United States, and an M.Sc. from Carnegie Mellon University, United States.
He currently serves as Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at ESE Business School, University of the Andes; Adjunct Professor in the Strategy and General Management Area at ESE Business School, University of the Andes; Director of Oro Blanco; Chairman of Grupo SAESA; and Senior Advisor to ISQuared Investment Fund.
His research focuses on organizational innovation, managerial ambidexterity, and absorptive capacity in Latin American firms.
