Personal profile
Research interests
I´m interested in the connection between oral health and systemic health, and working on a postdoctoral project at the Universidad de Los Andes, studying the link between oral cavity dysbiosis and its impact on gastric cancer. I have also worked as an immunology lecturer, clinical research, and epidemiology for undergraduate and graduate students contributing to human capital formation. During my career, my ultimate goal is to become a bridge between dentistry and medicine.
