Ignacio Inostroza-Quezada is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universidad de los Andes in Chile. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Rutgers University, following a M.Sc. in Management and a Master in Statistics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His early academic work has spanned both the Faculties of Social Sciences and Economics & Business, with roles in teaching, research and data analytics in marketing and business management.
Dr. Inostroza’s research focuses on marketing and data analytics, investigating how quantitative and technological tools can be used to better understand dynamic effects of store promotions, purchase conversion, and the social impacts of economic crises.
In teaching, Professor Inostroza is involved in courses related to business management, marketing, data-analytics applied to business and decision-making based on quantitative insights.
