- Economic Criminal Law, with a focus on financial and securities-related crimes
- Theory of Crime, exploring the doctrinal and philosophical foundations of criminal law
- Administrative Criminal Law, analyzing the intersection of criminal and administrative legal norms
- Insider Trading, studying its legal regulation and penal consequences in the Chilean legal system
Teaching
Professor García Palominos is the Director of the Doctoral Program in Law and the Head of the Department of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de los Andes (Chile).
He teaches Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Legal Research Seminar, playing a key role in the education of future lawyers and legal scholars.
