My academic and professional career has developed in the field of Labor Law, combining university teaching, research, and professional practice. I am a lawyer and hold a Ph.D. in Law, with a specialization in labor relations and workers’ fundamental rights. Academically, I serve as professor and researcher at Universidad de los Andes, where I direct postgraduate programs and coordinate continuing education activities. I have actively participated in research projects funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (Spain) and by the European Union (H2020 project). In teaching, I deliver courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Previously, professor of the courses Labor Law: The Individual Employment Relationship, Social Security Law, Youth Unemployment as a Social Problem, and Transnational Labor Relations at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Lecturer in the Master's programs in Labor Law (UANDES), Procedural Law (UANDES), and Administrative Law (UANDES), as well as in postgraduate courses on the Karin Law (UANDES), the Karin Law for Public Officials (UANDES), and Practical Issues on Employment Contracts and Their Enforcement (Universidad de Chile)
